One Hour

Just need a couple of things done here and there, every now and then? Too easy, let’s work by the hour so you only pay for what you need. We’ll narrow down what is best for us to look after to maximise the few hours you’re outsourcing so you get the greatest results.



Five Hours

Not a little yet not a lot, simply five solid hours for us to smash out a serious amount of event assistance in. Whether you need help getting started, moving it all along or wrapping the planning up ready to execute, 5 hours will see you well on your way to event success.



Ten Hours

Ten hours is perfect for the event planning to be kickstarted, negotiated and confirmed! For you, 10 hours may slip through your fingers and you’ll feel like you’re still at event square one but, for us, we’ll hand over a fully planned event with instructions for whats next.




Unlimited hours of virtual event assistance for the business owner who has, or would like to have, an annual calendar of events plus a regular freelance member of the team to make it all happen. You keep doing what you do best and violà! your virtual event dream team has you covered.


All prices are inclusive of GST. Time is tracked and reported using Harvest.
